Terms & Condition

By placing an order with Cakesout.com, a customer (buyer), here in referred to as “I”, agrees to the following sales terms and conditions:

1. The customer shall check the product ordered at the time of delivery no claims shall be entertained by Cakesout.com on any grounds what so ever thereafter.
2. Unavailability of the recipient, for any reason will be treated as cake delivered.
3. All cakes are delivered in boxes.
4. The owners of the site retain the right to refuse any order unconditionally.  And all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of local Gurgaon Court only in India
